Our property portfolio fulfils all the necessary requirements, i.e. copies of all deeds of properties, last receipts for annual electricity, water etc., as well as up-to-date searches “Copia simple “. We personally ensure that all documentation for the sale is supplied to the Notary for the signing of the new set of deeds.

If the vendor requires a mortgage we will personally assist them with the bank ensuring competitive rates.
